      Everything, constantly hit on by management. Breathing in silica, equipment doesn't work properly, safety equipment rarely given

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
