Pros
If you are lucky you will get to work with nice group of very smart people who make their own friendly environment that is not supported by managers. They try to do the best what they can to survive.
Cons
Very poor and unsupportive management. There is no ability to grow. No career path. They do not appreciate people. They pay a little money. It is huge corporation that do not care about the people just numbers.
