      The monthly safety training was insightful

      Cons

      Understaffed, little to no concern for employees family life, empty promises of advancement, management was horrid, the environment was incredibly hostile, not worth the low pay. Zero diversity.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
