      Pros

      Large company doing interesting things. HR department well run and efficient. Nice colleagues. Professional.

      Cons

      So many different things going on there I didn’t know what a lot of my colleagues were doing and if they were bringing in any revenue. Company tends to buy up small companies without a solid plan and then gives them a little time to find a place in the organization/traction and then shutters them when they don’t.

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Cons

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
