Pros
My experience is more than 3 years and I felt, Everything is best here. U will never feel regret after joining it. On time salary, many leaves, good bonus and other important facilities. you will always have time for your personal life after your work. Every morning, you will get ready with a beautiful smile and full enthusiasm for your office.
Cons
Too much good that people don't even think to leave this company and others have to wait for so long for vacancy. (You will not get easily a vacant position to recommend any of your friend for job) And yes, this is really a drawback that you can not recommend your family member for job if you are still working here Or else you will have to leave job.
