      Pros

      A good level of autonomy is offered as a result of the company structure. There are certain people who really care and try to make a difference, although they don't tend to last long.

      Cons

      Most roles are dramatically underpaid relative to the market. Extremely poor management team with almost no accountability. Training of staff has never been a priority

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
