      Pros

      Big focus on safety and self improvement, as well as improvement as a whole group. Also the company is world wide so there is plenty of options for transfers.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like they look at the negative side of a positive situation. But if you want to get better you have to look at every situation and ask your self where you can get better, which is how they look at it

      Pros

      - Big company, globally recognized. - Nice co workers - Financially stable and has huge potential. - Diversity and continuous effort towards sustainability.

      Cons

      - Very slow, not aggressive. - No career growth, internal politics. Policies are very different across business lines which is unusual for such a huge company. - Low compensation compared to competition. - Not much support form management
