Pros
The people I work with are really great people. They are all willing to help you learn and grow at the company and as a person.
Cons
My hands have the skin ripped off of them every day in order to do the work. The pace is relentless in second shift, and you can expect to have at least some overtime every day. However, day shift is much more relaxed and has a significantly reduced volume of work. DCM readily pierces nitrile gloves and stings like needles piercing your skin. The pay is minimal and increases every time your increase your knowledge but, that still doesn't make the pay feasible for living on one's own until after 1 to 1.5 years of working at the company. Finally, for me, the drive, 1 hour and 20 minutes, makes working here almost the only thing I do Monday through Friday.
