      Challenging career. Long term contracts with state agencies offered some degree of stability. Dedicated people who tried their best to meet difficult goals.

      Senior management forced cost reductions and jeopardized contracts due to poor service. Senior management is quick to judge without checking facts

      Pros

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      Cons

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
