Pros
Nothing!! I have worked here for a month honestly read this before going to an assessment day
Cons
LIED TO AT EVERY POINT IN THE TRAINING AND THE ASSESSMENT CENTRE, CONTRACT IS NOT WITH RYANAIR AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ONE WITH THEM EITHER, working conditions are diabolical and it’s about time it was looked into, make you sign the contract after your training which may I add if your based in the UK is seasonal so you’ll be told you’ve got to take unpaid leave in the winter was not once told this until signing it, they PAY BELOW minimum wage and when you argue it give you some rubbish excuse you cannot live on the salary £631 a month with £5.80 an hour is shocking!!! No one can live on it and they expect you to live within an hour from the airport! I can’t afford to live on it! They don’t tell you in the winter you’ll get 3 shifts a month yes that’s what my rota looks like with homestandbys all month I’ll just sit depressed all month with nothing to do incase I get a phone call telling me to be at the airport in an hour!! Let alone try and survive on £631 a month ludicrous! To add to this they are laying people off for the winter and still recruiting last time I checked this was against the law! Communication is poor don’t even bother asking a question because no one knows the answer or you’ll never hear anything back! Wouldn’t even bother with a base transfer you’ll get no response either! They have unions they don’t listen too!! You also get given the incentive of 10% of all your sales but you’ll never see any of it as they deduct it saying the bar was down don’t try and argue as you’ll never win. Too much of a sales culture with crew fighting over sales and crew who have been there 10+ years think there superior and will not let you do any duty free as these have all the incentives on them and yet there the ones on double what the rest of the crew are on! ALSO IF YOU OPT FOR THE £700 AT THE END OF TRAINING WHICH YOU WILL NEED THEN MAKE SURE YOU STAY FOR THE YEAR OR THEYLL WANT IT BACK!!!
