Pros
I worked with very nice people, and the hours were flexible. Then again, it was a part-time posittion.
Cons
Bad managers, I understand that the working environment is very fast pace. But too much responsibilities are piled onto individual staff members. More staff is needed at peak times, but not enough temps are hired.
