Pros
Well, I would have to say the renewal of my discount allowance every 6-8 weeks! and that was really the only thing I really ever looked forwards to during my time there.
Cons
They expected so much, but give very little; they didn't appreciate staff and what they did. they had silly stupid rules, I know rules are there to be followed and abided by, but rules for not eating fast food in the staff room, like Mc Donald's and BK. sometimes you just need something quick and fast to eat while your on your lunch break, and at River Island, you just wasn't allowed to have it!.
