Team members and managers were great. Delivery team get to see the new lines first and essentially get first pick of most of the items including sale :) 30% discount and free uniform depending on how many shifts worked. Incentives around Christmas, Easter etc - became competitive but fun.
Cons
Sale gets chaotic - late working hours for setting up (at times). Not enough staff at times so became quite manic.
