No investment in employees whatsoever
Back of house area for staff was inadequate
Managers talked down to staff and would leave you on the same department for 4 hours
The way senior managers talked to junior managers was disgusting too and they would do it in view of everyone
Unsurprisingly turnover of staff was ridiculous
Only company benefits was £10 jeans and staff discount.
Quite frankly the worst company I have ever worked for
