      Pros

      - The manager I had before she left was amazing. She made working for River Island bearable. - 50% off for managers.

      Cons

      -Training is poor. It's literally just "Sign-it-all-off-so-we-don't-fail-our-audit" and not "sign-what-you-know-and-if-you-need-further-training-we-will-assist-you". -Head office are quite rude and unhelpful. -Area and regional managers are bullies. -Payroll are slow at fixing mistakes. -No opportunities within the company.
