Reasonably flexible to my other commitments, understanding management and genuinely nice people to work with. I pretty relaxed environment.
Cons
The work can be mundane, but the management did alter tasks to prevent it being too tedious. At first it can be difficult to handle your first angry customers, have to take it on the chin.
