Pros
• Low effort if you are conscientious • Employee demographic are young people — good for building experience and learning social skills • Staff discounts and bonuses are quite generous
Cons
• Very busy hours with minimal rotation, making for overworked employees • Stressful in and out of management – low stress threshold meant very passive aggressive remarks and conversations • Poor micromanagement of employees • Disappointing skill floor. Not much experience to build upon once you master the basics
