Horrible place to work would no reccomend to my worst enemy. Especially Glasgow city centre stores. Management do everything to make your life miserable and are nothing but rude and disrespectful, do not care about people’s own personal lives whatsoever. Forget about progression and more hours ( if part time ) hours are given to who they want ( regardless if you have been there longer and have repeatedly made it clear you would like more hours ) managers gang up on staff together and delibratley try and do things to hurt/annoy you. Also it’s all family that work together so you have no chance of speaking to someone who can help. Also there is barely any staff so end up doing the job of 3 people on your own while managers leave at 4 o’clock everyday and never do a late shift.
