The management in the recent years has tried to introduce good policies and practices to increase employee engagement. The salaries of the parent company Rentokil are good and are competitive with market.
Cons
There is high politics, especially in the HR team. Company senior management is oblivious to the realities at the ground level and believes what the leadership team feeds it, taking it away from reality.
