Pros
This only applies to the location I work at, my co-workers are the best.
Cons
Unreliable system, having to stay late (with no OT), customers, not being in your DM’s inner circle. Was having to stay late until 7pm, now it changed to 8pm like you don’t have a life outside of work. This job is mentally draining and they expect you to pull miracles to hit their unrealistic closing numbers.
