Over all Rent A Center is a good company to work for. The people are great to work with. You really have to like this kind of work.
Cons
You will put in a lot of hard hours delivering merch. no matter the weather. You will not have a family life as you will be spending so much time at work. Turn over is also big because of the same reason.
