REHAU in Cullman, Alabama, has some serious issues with its management. Upper management seems incompetent, making hasty decisions without any logic. They also lack transparency and fail to communicate important information to employees. The HR department is unmotivated and unhelpful when it comes to addressing employee concerns. On top of that, the company doesn't bother to research market salaries, resulting in new hires earning less than they should. Overall, the leadership at REHAU makes poor decisions and shows a lack of care for its employees. Overall, this place should be avoided if at all possible.
