Cons
Very competitive and challenging. Bonuses for target reaching are not used and sometimes achievements are not awarded or recognized. People get fired to keep expensive management during these times of crisis. Specially on the accounting side while the complexity of accounting and managing the company increases. The CFO seems to be overwhelmed as well as the upper management and information about what and why we are doing things are not timely communicated leaving room for speculations and disorientation. Sometimes we double efforts that turn out to be not required. Our Management Board misses some opportunities to get people involved in the plans and instead of compromising efforts, they stop them.
