Pros
Benefits are excellent. If you stand up to the drama and bully's it is rewarding... This just means you prove your self worth through your skill set and you earn respect.
Cons
Stop letting "management" have relations with employees under them...which always results in some type of favoritism.....goes on rampantly...situations go "un-documented " that supposedly have been "documented " for years.
