Pros
They paid about $30+ starting out PTO & sick time was great They have a $300 wellness program where you can by something for $300 that contributes to your health They pay up to $6000 in education if you work for a year I believe Gym, cafeteria and medical center on site
Cons
The work load is a LOT, they will burn you out quick. The manager from ELISA was unpleasant to work with. She had unrealistic expectations and worked us like a dog. The team was okay but was unwelcoming initially. They want you to get everything done but not work overtime although the work calls for overtime Its competitive and it is hard to move up Employee needs were ignored
