Pros
Good first job. Great coworkers. Middle management is ok. WFH, flexible hours, and some nice corporate benefits.
Cons
Upper management is absolutely disconnected from what happens in the day-to-day of low rank employees. Too much focus on unreliable metrics, systems are slow, they they keep bringing up new processes and systems but do not deprecate the old ones, so instead of getting more efficient, there is just a never ending addition of new stuff to learn. Overworked every single day. Low retention. They train new people for a couple months and just throw them to the pool of complex tasks with not enough support. Unrealistic goals. They will push you, and push you, and push you, and if you break at some point, they will blame you for "not being able to properly work under pressure in a fast paced environment"
