      stability, home office, good work environment. It's a good place for parents.

      Cons

      very complex job, no matter the industry you come from, this is HARD, you don't feel confident in your daily tasks for at least 1 year. Lots of in-house training but it is only about procedures so it is not useful outside the company

      Exceptional career growth opportunities, great co-workers, management very supportive, attractive benefit options, everyone open to questions from the newbie and have been very helpful in pointing me in the right direction.

      It's a very large corporation, easy to get lost in the online help/resources systems.
