Really helpful friendly team, office is close to shops. Free parking if you can get in the waiting list for site parking ASAP. Chance to be in the right place at the right time to move up the career ladder if you come in at a junior level.
Cons
Management are terrible and not helpful or supportive. 75% of the office have worked there for under 18 months as the company has crumbled since the joint venture and the knowledge has run for the hills. Constant fire-fighting as staff overloaded with work, not sufficiently trained and then expected to train and mentor new staff when themselves have little experience - saving up more issues for the future. Once you get to a certain level in the company and are based outside of Edinburgh office seems to be little room for growth.
