Pros
Good place to work if you are a people person The product is always growing internationally and changing lives Great central location for commuting to and from downtown Co-workers are nice, teamwork oriented and always will to help out Benefits are good and cover tuition reimbursement, gym membership for example
Cons
Upper management is very cliquish and usually promotes their friends first regardless of others having a better work ethic and better qualifications Training is almost non existent so you have to be a self-starter and a quick learner from day one Quintiles realizes on the same people who work hard to cover work for those that don't produce results and are slackers Turnover rate is high but can be prevented
