Originally qwick was great. Freedom ability to travel. I had to ability to work in EVERY qwick region from Miami to San Fransico and back. I even told as many businesses
Cons
1st for the 1099 shifts they allow partners to violate 1099 laws and treat them as W2 employees. There is also a lot of wage theft in the form of tips that go on in every state. I switch to W2 and lord that has been even worse. Pay was supposed to be deposited and available by Tuesday at the latest. I still haven’t been paid they are beating around the bush refusing to answer questions and they are now telling my they won’t respond to messages because quote “there is no progress being made” no joke. Stay away 0/10. It’s so sad because this company could truly be something special.
