This company goes out of their way to make the staff feel inferior to the attorneys. The attorneys are fully remote, are provided Equinox gym memberships and free parking. Despite the unsafe DTLA locations staff are not provided any parking, strict clocking in/clocking out system that’s feel childish. Zero flexibility on the schedule. Their technology is sooo outdated. The owners are incredibly cheap despite generating a billion in revenue. The attorneys and their secretaries believe they’re gods gift to the earth. Attorneys are incredibly rude and don't care about procedures or accounting compliances as long as they get what they want. Zero room for growth. If you call out sick despite having COVID and call out before or after a holiday you don’t get paid for that holiday.
