You are constantly faced with microaggressions making you doubt your work and security. The Ugly: Managing partner refuses to talk to you about expectations and duties. Will smile to your face and then go to Office Manager to complain about you. You are expected to read his mind and live up to an imaginary standard of how he wishes things to be.
