Pros
The environment is great. Most of the attorneys are young and are easy to work with. People are friendly and helpful as well. If you are a person who has minimal legal experience you, as a foot in the legal door, this is a great place to learn. There are a great deal of fun activities the firm provides for attorneys as well as staff which is a great way to get to know others who you may not see on a daily basis. Time off: there usually is not a problem getting time off.
Cons
Pay is not at the market rate. Unfortunately, some older employees have greatly defined the word "lazy." There is not a fair split of work amongst staff but then again this does reflect on who you are and if you want to learn and succeed. At times there seems to be favoritism.
