Not a good place to work if you want to progress - Secretary Quinn Emanuel Employee Review

Pay sucks big time. The only ones that make the money are the partners and associates. Some of the partners think they walk on water. HR shows favoritism and they don't have a clue on how to manage. There are SOME secretaries that actually work. Most of the others play games on their computers and shop. Some of them actually bring in their IPads and watch movies. And if they do have to do some work they get very upset. HR is aware of this as one of the questions during the interview is how would you feel if you saw someone playing games all day. You also loose your secretarial skills as they refuse to enhance learning and make you push all work to the word pro dept.
