      Front line staff care about doing a service to people.

      Cons

      They claim to be different but in most cases the are worse than other companies. Probably worse because they lie to their employees

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
