Pros
Pay, Benefits, And Opportunities were not bad and made it a little easier to clock in
Cons
The con was all the whispering and gossiping that I witnessed. I often felt uncomfortable and stayed to myself because it felt like I wasn’t wanted there by other employees. Some employees acted as if they were the manager and constantly tried to tell me what to do on my free time when there were no patients. They often whispered about each other instead of teaching me. I was constantly told I didn’t have enough confidence when sticking patients, but how could I if someone is constantly watching me. If the training didn’t last longer than they said, I believe I would’ve done well. It’s hard too focus when you feel like your being tested everyday. No more grass roots program, they obviously were not prepared.
