They will relocate you "per business needs" and leave no coverage at a location they pull you from they pay you mileage but you won't get comped for floater pay when you get relocated , however when you need to take a day off work and request the pto and give ample time it gets denied as "no coverage" so you're forced to use pto health hours to ensure you can make it to your doctor appts or your kids appt. The new wfm system is a joke and decision making of scheduling is unreasonable at times. Also I personally have been employed there for 17 yrs and it's so frustrating new hires will make $1-$4 more on the hr starting pay. Some supervisors are amazing and understand that we're human and not robots and that life happens as others are not so much. The last year maybe two the company has made employees feel not so appreciated and valued as we once did.
