      We get raises every year sometimes more than once a year. The benefits are really good. The atmosphere and management is really good.

      Cons

      Management could do a better job of providing a larger and nicer area to have the office.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
