You will be stuck in the position you get for at least 12 months. I'm well over qualified for my position. When I applied I thought this was a foot in the door to a good company. But once you accept a position, they don't care about your background or work experience. You took that position and they have a policy that values longevity with the company over all else. They want you to be committed to them so they will not even let you apply to a different position for at least 12 months once you are in. "Go demonstraight commitment to Quest." Don't believe the job posting that talk about growth and movement. Their hourly people are treated like they never finished high school and belittled. You are not valued and you will feel the condisending attitude about everything. You are a child in daycare and told to know your place.
