Constant changes and so many all at the same time that they don’t know the procedure for that day. ALWAYS threatening to fire you. And their training person the older lady, is VERY rude. She isn’t the best tech savvy person and is as new agents think that if this is training, why would I want to stick around and see if the supervisors are like this also (they’re not).
