- Tax free salary - Accommodation fully furnished provided - Transporstion provided for work - Great pay - Compettitive salary - Really good for those who want to experience working with many nationalities - Good vision of CEO towards the growth of airline - Company is always maintain its standards in every way - Fast promotion (1.5 -2yrs in economy then move to premium cabin)
Cons
- Company's medical clinic is not up to standard (but it provides you with Alliance Card, so you can go to other hospitals/Clinics) - Welfare Department is not really helpful when in needed - Tight working schedule (maximum 7 days of flying consecutively)
