-It is not a multinational company as it is divided into two major nationalities . -they pay very low wages for some grades which is unequal -customer always right no matter what he did even if he beats you , you have to remain calm otherwise you'll get fired -working time is so unfair they give you morning evening and night shifts randomly -standing for long hours while supervisors sit and watch without helping at all -leaders are behaving as masters -sick leaves are sometimes rejected even if you have fever they dont care about you ; -cafeteria food for staff is very bad sometimes i stay hungry rather than eating in the prison food -Accommodation is a disaster you have to live in a 6 person shared apartment -there's no freedom of expression your personal opinion or feedback you have to keep it for yourself -you'll not feel welcomed since the major nationalities will not be friendly with you -if you do an amazing job they wont thank you or encourage you but if you do a small mistake you'll be punished all what i said is 100% True if you ask any employee in qatarairways he will tell you the same story they re all fed up from the management who are doing whatever it takes to reach their goals while crushing little employees.
