Pros
Growing Airline with fast upgrade for First Officers. Both Boeing and Airbus flying. Recently introduced some form of pension scheme that will be good for those who can stay for more than five years.
Cons
There is a culture of dismissal for small infringement of company rules with or without investigation. Commanders have little or no control over crew.
