Managers are very negative and sarcastic towards employees. They purposely sabotage training offered to employees, provide negative feedback on employees who apply for internal job openings, they incline to depend on subjective factors (bias and prejudice) in judging employees rather than objectively assess their performance. Employees are not empowered, rather they are marginalized and discriminated. System is similar to slavery, except that we are in modern times.
