      - The culture is probably the best I have experienced in any company that I have worked in. - I feel like PureGym really thinks about their employee welfare. - Everyone wants to help each other.

      Cons

      After being here for just over six months, there are no red flags for me and I would recommend PureGym as an employer.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
