      I have been with PureGym for 5 years now and have the opportunity to progress 3 time in that period. I am supported in my career and always feel valued for the work that I do.

      Cons

      My role involves a lot of travel but I am compensated for this and have a lot of autonomy in where/when I travel.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
