      People with terrible morals get promoted just because they’re ‘yes men’ (failed PTs go into management and are awful at that too) Have to pay to work there Forced to do badly designed classes 0 benefits

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
