      - flexible/ Hybrid working (that really is flexible) - easy location to travel too - Recognition and rewards for hard work and achievements. A laid-back dress code and fun office perks like free snacks and coffee. (and surprise goodies) - Opportunities for personal and professional growth are readily available. - Managers provide positive constructive feedback

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
