      Colleagues, salary is good considering you can top up with PT

      Cons

      You are everything for your site, recruitment is non-stop classes run non stop, you better your PTs are decent otherwise the industry churn is crazy high

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
