Pure Gym are people first and have a unique cultural identity with an exceptional senior leadership team steering the ship. In Pure Gym, you are not just another name, you matter. The people initiatives focused around well-being are incredible.

      There will always be a few niggles, but nothing note-worthy.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
